The staff were helpful and willing to assist in any way they could. Plus, the giant bathtub was a real treat after a long day of work. Best aspects: the location was also very convenient, and the room was spacious.
Room service had very limited hours, making it difficult to order food at certain times.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, although they mainly spoke Chinese. They went out of their way to assist and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The bath in the room was a major highlight for me. It was spacious and luxurious, allowing for a relaxing soak after a long day exploring the city.
Room service hours were limited, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been nice to have the option to order food or drinks outside of those hours.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, with shops and commercial services nearby. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, adding to the luxury feel of the room. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a wide range of delicious dining options, and the staff were always attentive and friendly. The leisure facilities, such as the massage and garden area, provided relaxation and tranquility. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, location, and service.

They were eager to assist guests as much as they could. the highlight of my stay was the huge, luxurious bath in the room. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of trekking. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The room service had limited operating hours, starting late and finishing early.
